Description

Blockboard produced by ZTPLY is of 3- or 5-ply build. Thicker core (10-14 mm) is made of stripes of sawn wood (pine) glued together to form flat plate. There are one or two layers of veneer (1.7mm, 1.9mm or 2.0mm) glued to each side of the core.

Face/Back

Okoume, Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Pencil Cedar, Meranti or other tropical hard wood with reddish colour, or Both sides veneered with outer plies made of

1) North American wood species like red oak/white oak/birch/maple/walnut/alder/ash; 2)Europe wood species like Beech;

3)Africa wood species like Sapele/Anegre;

4)Russia wood species like white oak;

5)Chinese wood species like oak/ash/birch/basswood/elm; others like teak or as required etc.

B/BB, BB/CC for tropical hardwood with reddish color, or fancy veneer with Face veneer grade: A,B,C,D rustic, back veneer grade: 1, 2,3,4

Core

Stripes of sawn wood like Chinese Fir, Pine, falcata from Indonesia  glued together to form flat plate

Glue

* Interior: on the basis of urea-formaldehyde (UF) glue, for use in dry conditions acc. to EN 636,

* Exterior: on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde (PF) glue, for use in exterior conditions acc. to EN 636.

Glue: E0,E1,E2,MR,WBP
