Description

Plywood with outer plies made of tropical hardwood with reddish finish, like Okoume,Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Pencil Cedar, Kapur, or domestic Paulownia etc. Inner plies is made of tropical hardwood and domestic eucalyptus wood in China.

Face/Back

Okoume, Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Pencil Cedar, Meranti or other tropical hard wood with reddish colour, pine or domestic wood species like poplar (bleached or non bleached), paulownia etc.

The grade of face/back: B/BB grade F/B, i.e. B grade face, BB grade back, or BB/CC grade F/B, i.e. BB grade face, CC grade back

Core

Eucalyptus, or tropical hardwood or other required wood.

The grade of the core: AA grade, A+ grade, A grade, B+ grade (or other required grade) or for BB//CC plywood, AA grade, A+ grade, A grade, B+ grade, B grade [also can be C+ grade]

Glue

* Interior: on the basis of urea-formaldehyde (UF) glue, for use in dry conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-1),

* Exterior with white glue line: on the basis of melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) glue, for use in humid conditions (acc. to EN 636-2) 
                                                                                                   * Exterior: on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde (PF) glue, for use in exterior conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-3).

Glue: E0,E1,E2,MR,WBP(Melanmine), WBP(Phenolic),WBP(E1&Melanmine), WBP(E1&Phenolic)

 Features of B/BB grade plywood

The finish looks satisfactory. The face is clean B grade, the back is BB grade .

The surface is very flat and smooth .

The core quality of the plywood is good.

 Features of BB/CC grade plywood

The throughout finish looks satisfactory. Some small dead knots exist in the BB grade face; usually small patches exist in the CC grade back

The surface is flat and smooth.

This grade of plywood is very much common and required usually by large quantity .

The inner quality of the BB/CC grade plywood varies from quality of C+ grade to a superior A+ grade . Accordingly, the prices of BB/CC grade range from economic to highend.

 The application area

B/BB Grade plywood: Use where finish of face is very important and back is a little less important for interior application as furniture,roofing panel, underlayment , subfoor; for exterior application as building materials, fences,signs and so on. 

                                                                                                                                                          BB/CC Grade plywood:Use where finish of face is important and back is less important for interior application as furniture,roofing panel, underlayment , subfoor; for exterior application as building materials, fences,signs and so on.

 Post processing:

* cutting to smaller sizes on panel saws,

* finishing of edges - straight and profiled, drilling, routing - in CNC centres,

* finishing of the plate's edges with tongue and groove.

 Product market

B/BB Grade plywood: About 70% of B/BB grade plywood are exported to Europe (EU) , USA, Canada , about 30% of B/BB grade plywood are exported to Middle East, Africa and other countries.

BB/CC Grade Plywood: About 50% of BB/CC grade plywood are exported to Europe (EU) , USA, Canada , about 50% of BB/CC grade plywood are exported to Middle East, Africa and other countries .
